How do you make it available in places where it hasn’t been before?
How do you help them get their job done in less time?
How do you reduce the level of skill that people need to do the job well?
What do you need to do to overcome other sources of friction: bad governance or infrastructure, social resistance, lack of vision of what’s possible, lack of confidence or prejudice?
This about your product, your team, your business model, and the way bring your story together with the stories of those you serve.
