Working your hours

You need to put the time in. If you don’t work the hours you’ve committed to your project, it will stall or die.

But if you’re the project’s owner or entrepreneur, don’t confuse working your hours for your job. Your job is to make more hours by bringing new people, new tools and resources to the project, by finding better ways to do things, and by finding better things to do, in order to achieve your aims.
